The contact form

When you write to us through the form, we receive your name, your email address, the subject and your message. The details are sent as an email to info@hawanimedia.com.

• Purpose: to reply to your enquiry and possibly give you a quote.
• Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) (our interest in replying to enquiries).
• Storage: enquiries that do not lead to an agreement are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. If it becomes a job, we keep the details as long as the job requires and as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
• Spam protection: to limit abuse, the server stores a hashed version of your IP address for no more than one hour.

We do not sell your details and do not use them for marketing.

Server and security

The website and our email are run by Simply.com (Denmark), which processes data on our behalf as a data processor. As on all web servers, the IP address, the time and the page requested are recorded in the server logs. This is done for operation and security.

Cookies

hawanimedia.com uses no cookies for statistics, analytics or marketing. Fonts, pictures and films are loaded from our own server, not from Google or anyone else.

Necessary cookies do not require consent. That is why we do not show a cookie banner.

Live streams

On our live stream pages the stream is shown with a player from Twitch (Twitch Interactive, Inc., USA). Twitch receives your IP address and sets its own cookies when the player loads.

The player only loads when you press "Tillad Twitch" (allow Twitch) or "Se livestreamen" (watch the live stream). You can withdraw your consent with "Fortryd" (undo) on the same page. Twitch processes the data under its own privacy notice.

Links to other sites

Links to Instagram and Facebook are ordinary links. No data is sent to those services until you click them.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you and to have it corrected or deleted. You can also object, have the processing restricted and receive your data (data portability). Write to info@hawanimedia.com.
